You have decided you need a virtual assistant. Now what? You should take the time to determine exactly what tasks you would like to delegate to a VA. Depending on your needs and comfort level there are probably a lot of tasks that can be automated with a little help.

These questions are a great place to start to help you find the “right” fit for you and your business!

  9. You have a deadline when your computer suddenly crashed. What would you do?
  10. What are some of the training you’ve had that make you good at ______ (name specific skill/skills you are looking for)?

Remember, there are no right and wrong answers. A virtual assistant is an extension of your business and you should listen to what they can do as well as what they are willing to do.
